Joel Britton

The mastermind behind Jam Line Live is noted Musician, Composer, and Arranger, Joel Britton.  He has brought together some of the best music professionals in their field, in order to create an extraordinary experience for musicians worldwide. 

 

Britton, who is part of a musical dynasty has written and arranged many songs for various artists.  Much of Britton's work is done in support of the Music Ministry which has produced a number of excellent CDs under the leadership of Bishop Paul S. Morton Sr.

 

Joey began playing at the age of 7 at his grandfather’s church,  Bishop Alexander Jones of Jones Temple COGIC.

 

Growing up in Detroit Joel also played for Bishop Edgar Vann of  2nd Ebenezer and Hartford Memorial BC Pastor Charles G Adams  At age 13 he began touring with Vanessa Bell Armstrong all across the country.

 

Joel played in the band of Mattie Moss Clark UNAC album recorded in New Orleans, Louisiana. God was leading Joel to New Orleans because at the age of 18 Bishop Paul S. Morton sent for him to play at Greater St. Stephen in New Orleans, Louisiana and he played for Bishop Morton for 22 years.

 

Joel’s musical brilliance has taken him on the stage with Yolanda Adams, Whitney Houston, Celebration of Gospel, Patti Labelle, Carnegie Hall’s Night of Inspiration, Blackstreet, Bishop Lester Love and Pastor E Dewey Smith.
